Lucknow में H1N1 के 3 नए Cases; एक मरीज RMLIMS, दो Balrampur Hospital में भर्ती, Hospitals ने बढ़ाई Vigilance
लखनऊ: Uttar Pradesh की राजधानी Lucknow में H1N1 यानी Swine Flu के तीन नए मामले सामने आए हैं। इनमें एक मरीज Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) में और दो मरीज Balrampur Hospital में भर्ती हैं। Chief Medical Officer Dr NB Singh के मुताबिक तीनों मरीजों की हालत फिलहाल stable है और उन्हें isolation wards में रखा गया है। तीन नए cases सामने आने के बाद Health Department ने surveillance बढ़ा दी है। District hospitals में H1N1 patients के लिए beds reserve किए गए हैं, जबकि private hospitals और pathology centres को testing और treatment से जुड़ी Central Government guidelines का पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। तीनों मरीज Isolation Ward में CMO Dr NB Singh के मुताबिक तीनों confirmed patients को अलग-अलग hospitals के isolation wards में भर्ती किया गया है। एक patient RMLIMS में treatment ले रहा है, जबकि दो patients Balrampur Hospital में admitted हैं। Health officials का कहना है कि फिलहाल तीनों की condition stable है। Hospitals में बढ़ाई गई Preparedness नए cases के बाद Lucknow के hospitals में H1N1 surveillance और preparedness बढ़ा दी गई है। Health Department ने district hospitals में swine flu patients के लिए beds reserve करने के साथ testing और treatment arrangements तैयार रखने को कहा है। Government hospitals में H1N1 testing और medicines free of cost उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। UP में Flu को लेकर High Alert Lucknow के cases ऐसे समय सामने आए हैं जब Uttar Pradesh में seasonal flu और H1N1 infections को लेकर पहले से alert जारी है। Deputy Chief Minister और Health Minister Brajesh Pathak ने hospitals को medicines, oxygen और respiratory-care equipment का पर्याप्त stock रखने को कहा है। जिन districts में flu cases ज्यादा हैं, वहां अलग OPDs और seriously ill patients के लिए 4 से 6 isolation beds तैयार रखने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं। Uttar Pradesh में 551 H1N1 Cases State-level data के मुताबिक 29 अगस्त तक Uttar Pradesh के 57 districts में H1N1 के 551 cases report किए जा चुके थे। Health Department ने सभी 75 districts को surveillance मजबूत करने और suspected cases की timely testing सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इससे कुछ दिन पहले 25 अगस्त तक state tally 364 थी, जिससे recent days में reported infections में वृद्धि दिखाई देती है। Lucknow में H1N1 से एक महिला की मौत Lucknow में H1N1 concern उस समय और बढ़ गया जब Indira Nagar की 50 वर्षीय महिला की Balrampur Hospital में मौत हुई। Health authorities के मुताबिक महिला को 25 अगस्त को hospital में भर्ती कराया गया था और बाद में H1N1 infection की पुष्टि से जुड़ी जानकारी सामने आई। Doctors, nurses और आसपास मौजूद patients तथा attendants के samples भी testing के लिए भेजे गए हैं। Health Department ने exposed healthcare workers और close contacts को observation में रखा है। किन लोगों को ज्यादा Risk?
