Nepal Floods: Tunnel Rescue पर सबसे बड़ा Focus; Hydropower Projects से 933 लोग लापता, Army रातभर करती रही खुदाई
काठमांडू: Nepal में विनाशकारी flash floods के बाद rescue operation अब सबसे ज्यादा hydropower project tunnels में फंसे लोगों तक पहुंचने पर केंद्रित है। Nepal की disaster management authority के मुताबिक flood-hit hydropower projects से जुड़े 933 लोग अभी लापता हैं। हालांकि authorities ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सभी 933 लोग tunnels के अंदर फंसे हों, यह confirm नहीं है; इनमें से सैकड़ों workers के blocked tunnels में होने की आशंका है। Nepal Army, local rescue teams और India तथा China से आए tunnel-rescue experts ने रविवार रात से सोमवार सुबह तक mud और rock debris हटाने का काम जारी रखा। करीब आधा दर्जन hydropower tunnels flood debris से block बताए जा रहे हैं। Upper Trishuli-3A Tunnel पर Rescue तेज सबसे महत्वपूर्ण operations में से एक Upper Trishuli-3A Hydropower Project पर चल रहा है। Nepal Army ने tunnel का crown head locate कर लिया है और अंदर rescue teams भेजने के लिए opening को चौड़ा किया जा रहा है। Army spokesperson के मुताबिक एक छोटी opening से अंदर पानी दिखाई दिया और एक expert ने शुरुआती जांच भी की, लेकिन अभी तक अंदर फंसे किसी व्यक्ति से contact establish नहीं हो पाया है। Rescuers अब oxygen cylinders और specialised equipment के साथ tunnel में आगे जाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। भारी Mud और Debris सबसे बड़ी चुनौती Flash flood के साथ बड़ी मात्रा में: hydropower sites तक पहुंचा है। कई tunnel entrances पूरी तरह block हो गए हैं। Nepal Army spokesperson Raja Ram Basnet ने कहा कि tunnels खोलना फिलहाल rescue operation की सबसे बड़ी priority है। Road connectivity टूटने के कारण कुछ heavy machinery को helicopters की मदद से project sites तक पहुंचाया गया है। 933 Hydropower Workers Missing Nepal की National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority के मुताबिक 933 लोग hydropower projects से missing दर्ज हैं। यह figure लगातार बदल रही rescue lists का हिस्सा है। Independent Power Producers’ Association Nepal की अलग गणना में नौ projects से 537 workers और staff unaccounted बताए गए थे, जबकि national disaster authority का broader figure 933 है। इसलिए 933 को “933 लोग निश्चित रूप से tunnels में trapped” कहना सही नहीं होगा। Nepal में Death Toll 903 पहुंचा आज, 31 अगस्त 2026, Nepal authorities के मुताबिक flood disaster में 903 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और 4,247 लोग missing हैं। इन missing लोगों में 933 hydropower projects से जुड़े हैं। Tibet की तरफ Chinese authorities ने 16 deaths और 546 missing की जानकारी दी है। इस तरह Nepal-Tibet region में combined missing figure 4,700 से ज्यादा हो चुका है और rescue operation अभी भी जारी है। India और China के Experts दे रहे मदद Nepal ने general search-and-rescue के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर foreign teams नहीं मांगी हैं, लेकिन specialised tunnel rescue expertise के लिए India और China की मदद ली जा रही है। India ने Nepal को: भेजा है। Chinese rescue teams भी Tibet और border areas में missing लोगों की तलाश कर रही हैं। करीब 21,000 Security Personnel Rescue में Nepal के Prime Minister Balendra Shah के मुताबिक करीब 21,000 security personnel rescue और relief operations में लगाए गए हैं। इसके अलावा civilian workers और volunteers भी affected areas में काम कर रहे हैं। PM Shah ने disaster को unprecedented और devastating बताते हुए कहा कि difficult terrain, weather और continuing risks के बावजूद rescue operation जारी रखा जाएगा। Fresh Flood का खतरा भी बरकरार Tunnel rescue के साथ authorities को एक और बड़ी चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। Flood के बाद debris और landslides से कई temporary lakes और barriers बने हैं। इनके overflow या टूटने पर downstream areas में दोबारा flash flood आने का खतरा है। इसी risk और खराब मौसम की वजह से पिछले दिनों rescue operations को कई बार temporarily suspend भी करना पड़ा। Authorities river levels और unstable slopes की लगातार monitoring कर रही हैं। कैसे आई थी इतनी बड़ी Flood? 26 अगस्त को Nepal-Tibet border region में glacier और rock collapse के बाद भारी मात्रा में ice, rock, mud और water river valleys की ओर तेजी से बढ़ा। इस surge ने Rasuwa, Nuwakot और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में settlements, roads, bridges और hydropower infrastructure को गंभीर नुकसान पहुंचाया। Nepal के Home Ministry ने Bhote Koshi River flood से Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading और Gorkha districts में बड़े नुकसान की पुष्टि की थी। 31 August की Latest Situation आज 31 अगस्त 2026 तक स्थिति यह है: इसलिए सबसे accurate headline होगी: Nepal Floods: Tunnel Rescue पर सबसे बड़ा Focus; Hydropower Projects से 933 लोग लापता, Army रातभर करती रही खुदाई नोट: Nepal disaster authority के मुताबिक 933 लोग hydropower projects से missing हैं। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि सभी 933 लोग tunnels में trapped confirm हो चुके हैं। Authorities को सैकड़ों workers के लगभग आधा दर्जन blocked tunnels में फंसे होने की आशंका है। स्रोत – Nepal National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA), Nepal Army, Reuters, Associated Press जय राष्ट्र न्यूज़
