जकार्ता: Indonesia की राजधानी Jakarta में आज, 27 अगस्त 2026, Parliament Complex के बाहर students और अलग-अलग नागरिक संगठनों ने बड़े प्रदर्शन शुरू किए हैं। पिछले साल अगस्त में हुए हिंसक anti-government protests की पहली बरसी के मौके पर आयोजित इन rallies में government spending priorities, corruption, महंगाई, free meals programme और कथित बढ़ते “militarisation” जैसे मुद्दे उठाए जा रहे हैं। Jakarta के अलावा Yogyakarta और Makassar में भी student rallies की योजना और mobilisation सामने आई है। पिछले साल के हिंसक प्रदर्शनों को देखते हुए Indonesian authorities ने इस बार बेहद कड़ी security व्यवस्था की है। Jakarta में अकेले 18,504 police और अन्य security personnel तैनात किए गए हैं। Parliament के अलावा Semanggi Flyover, Palmerah Station, Hotel Indonesia Roundabout और दूसरे strategic locations पर भी security बढ़ाई गई है। क्यों हो रहा है आज का Protest? आज का आंदोलन कई अलग-अलग groups की मांगों को एक मंच पर ला रहा है। Reuters के मुताबिक Jakarta में कम से कम तीन प्रमुख protest groups के कार्यक्रम हैं। University students से जुड़े एक group की मांगों में: शामिल हैं। Student representative Kahirul Ammar ने Reuters से कहा कि 27 अगस्त की तारीख पिछले साल हुई हिंसा और घटनाओं को याद करने के लिए चुनी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदर्शनकारियों का उद्देश्य अपनी मांग सरकार तक पहुंचाना है, न कि हिंसा करना। Corruption के खिलाफ भी बड़ी मांग आज के protest का एक बड़ा हिस्सा Indonesia में corruption के खिलाफ सख्त कानून की मांग से जुड़ा है। Central Java के Pati क्षेत्र से आया United Pati Community Alliance भी Parliament के बाहर प्रदर्शन कर रहा है। इस group की सबसे प्रमुख मांग लंबे समय से अटके हुए Asset Forfeiture Bill को पास करना है। इस proposed law के जरिए corruption और money laundering जैसे crimes से जुड़े assets को जब्त करने के लिए government को मजबूत कानूनी framework मिल सकता है। इस group ने corrupt officials के खिलाफ और कठोर punishment की मांग भी उठाई है। करीब 200 Pati Protesters सुबह ही Parliament पहुंचे Reuters की latest report के मुताबिक Pati community alliance के करीब 200 members, black shirts पहनकर, सुबह Parliament building के बाहर पहुंच गए थे। उन्होंने corruption के खिलाफ slogans लगाए और Asset Forfeiture Bill को जल्द मंजूरी देने की मांग की। आज दोपहर Indonesian Parliament leadership ने इस alliance के representatives को बातचीत के लिए Parliament complex के अंदर बुलाया। ANTARA के मुताबिक Deputy House Speaker Sufmi Dasco Ahmad समेत Parliament leaders ने protesters के delegation से मुलाकात की और उनकी मांगें सुनीं। Parliament ने कहा- जनता की आवाज सुनेंगे Indonesia की House of Representatives की Speaker Puan Maharani ने protest से एक दिन पहले कहा था कि Parliament शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से अपनी बात रखने वाले नागरिकों की aspirations सुनने के लिए तैयार है। उन्होंने demonstrators से law and order बनाए रखने की अपील भी की थी। Official Parliament information के मुताबिक कम से कम चार अलग groups ने 27 August को Parliament के सामने अपनी मांग रखने की योजना बनाई थी। इसलिए इसे केवल एक single student organisation का आंदोलन कहना सही नहीं होगा। Jakarta में 18,504 Security Personnel तैनात पिछले साल की हिंसा को देखते हुए authorities इस बार कोई जोखिम नहीं लेना चाहतीं। ANTARA के मुताबिक Jakarta में 18,504 security personnel deploy किए गए हैं। Security operation सुबह करीब 7 बजे शुरू किया गया। Security deployment को छह zones में बांटा गया है। इनमें प्रमुख locations हैं: Police ने संभावित traffic disruption के लिए भी अलग teams तैनात की हैं। Police ने कहा- Personnel बिना हथियार रहेंगे Central Jakarta Police Chief Reynold EP Hutagalung ने कहा कि protest security के दौरान deployed personnel firearms या blades नहीं रखेंगे। Police का कहना है कि उनका focus “humane and persuasive approach” पर रहेगा और protesters को peaceful तरीके से अपनी बात रखने की सुविधा दी जाएगी। हालांकि Parliament जाने वाले कुछ demonstrators की random security checking भी की जा रही है ताकि potentially dangerous objects protest area में न पहुंच सकें। 65 लोगों को Police ने लिया Custody में आज दोपहर एक और महत्वपूर्ण update सामने आया। Jakarta Police ने Parliament protest से जुड़े security operation के दौरान 65 लोगों को custody में लिया है। ANTARA के मुताबिक इनमें: Police ने इसे preventive security action बताया है। दो cyber-related suspects को formally detained किया गया है, जबकि बाकी 63 लोगों की भूमिका की जांच की जा रही है। यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि custody में लिया जाना अपने आप किसी व्यक्ति का अपराध साबित नहीं करता। पिछले साल क्यों भड़की थी इतनी बड़ी हिंसा? आज के protests का timing खास है क्योंकि ठीक करीब एक साल पहले August 2025 में Indonesia में बड़े anti-government demonstrations हुए थे। उस समय हजारों students, workers और civilians President Prabowo Subianto की government की spending priorities और lawmakers को मिलने वाले benefits के विरोध में सड़कों पर उतरे थे। Protests बाद में कई शहरों में हिंसक हो गए। Reuters की current report के मुताबिक पिछले साल की unrest में: आज की rallies उसी episode की anniversary के आसपास आयोजित की जा रही हैं। Free Meals Programme क्यों बना Protest का मुद्दा? President Prabowo की flagship policies में से एक nationwide free meals programme है। इस programme का उद्देश्य students और vulnerable groups को nutritious food उपलब्ध कराना है, लेकिन इसकी लागत और implementation को लेकर criticism भी सामने आया है। Reuters के मुताबिक programme governance-related controversies, mass food poisoning incidents और legal challenges का सामना कर चुका है। आज protest कर रहे कुछ university students इसे बंद करने या resources को दूसरी priorities में shift करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। यह protesters की मांग है; government programme की overall effectiveness का final निष्कर्ष अलग policy evaluation का विषय है। ‘Militarisation’ के खिलाफ भी Students कुछ student organisations Indonesia की civilian institutions में military influence बढ़ने का आरोप लगाते हुए इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं। आज के protest demands में Reuters ने “end militarisation” की मांग भी report की है। Indonesia के लिए यह मुद्दा ऐतिहासिक रूप से sensitive है क्योंकि देश ने Suharto era में लंबे समय…
