मुंबई, 14 सितंबर 2026: Ganesh Chaturthi के अवसर पर आज Indian stock market बंद है। National Stock Exchange (NSE) और Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) में equity segment और equity derivatives में नियमित trading नहीं हो रही। NSE की official 2026 holiday list में 14 September, Monday को Ganesh Chaturthi trading holiday के रूप में दर्ज किया गया है।
Equity और F&O Segment बंद
आज NSE पर cash market के साथ Futures & Options (F&O) segment में भी trading बंद है।
इसका मतलब Nifty, Bank Nifty और stock futures-options में आज normal trading session नहीं होगा। Regular market अब अगले trading day पर खुलेगा।
Currency Derivatives में भी Holiday
NSE की official calendar के मुताबिक Currency Derivatives segment में भी आज Ganesh Chaturthi के चलते trading holiday है।
USD-INR और अन्य exchange-traded currency contracts में regular session नहीं होगा।
Commodity Market में Evening Session खुलेगा
Commodity traders के लिए एक अहम अंतर है। NSE के Commodity Derivatives segment में morning session सुबह 9 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक बंद रहेगा, लेकिन evening session शाम 5 बजे से खुल जाएगा।
इसलिए यह कहना सही नहीं होगा कि आज सभी market segments पूरे दिन बंद हैं।
Friday को गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ था Market
पिछले trading session में Indian equity benchmarks पर pressure देखने को मिला था। Market participants अब अगले session में global crude oil prices, US Federal Reserve policy expectations और foreign investor flows पर नजर रखेंगे।
Ganesh Chaturthi holiday के कारण domestic equities को आज इन global developments पर तत्काल प्रतिक्रिया देने का मौका नहीं मिलेगा।
2026 में अगली बड़ी Trading Holidays
NSE के calendar के मुताबिक Ganesh Chaturthi के बाद अगली scheduled equity trading holiday 2 October को Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti है। इसके बाद Dussehra, Diwali-Balipratipada, Guru Nanak Jayanti और Christmas पर भी market बंद रहेगा।
