लद्दाख: Indian Army Aviation के pilots ने Nun Kun massif के पास 18,600 फीट की ऊंचाई पर बेहद कठिन high-altitude rescue operation को सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दिया। तेज पहाड़ी हवाओं, खड़ी ढलान और landing के लिए जगह नहीं होने के बावजूद pilots ने helicopter को सिर्फ एक skid के सहारे slope पर स्थिर रखा और casualty को सुरक्षित निकाल लिया। यह operation शनिवार, 29 अगस्त 2026 को किया गया, जिसकी जानकारी Army की Fire and Fury Corps ने साझा की। Landing के लिए नहीं थी कोई जगह Rescue site बेहद steep mountain slope पर थी, जहां helicopter को सामान्य तरीके से उतारने के लिए कोई flat landing area मौजूद नहीं था। ऊपर से strong mountain winds और तेजी से खत्म होती daylight ने operation को और मुश्किल बना दिया। Pilots ने helicopter को low hover में लाकर उसका एक skid slope से touch कराया, जिससे aircraft कुछ समय के लिए stable रह सके। इसी दौरान patient को तेजी से helicopter में secure किया गया और crew सुरक्षित तरीके से वहां से निकल गया। Helicopter का वजन कम करना पड़ा 18,600 फीट की ऊंचाई पर हवा काफी पतली होती है। इससे helicopter engine की performance और rotor lift दोनों कम हो जाते हैं। इस चुनौती से निपटने के लिए crew ने aircraft से सभी non-essential equipment हटा दिए और केवल उतना ही fuel रखा जितना rescue mission पूरा करने और वापस लौटने के लिए जरूरी था। इससे helicopter का वजन कम हुआ और extreme altitude पर जरूरी lift हासिल की जा सकी। आखिरी Available Landing Window में हुआ Mission Army के मुताबिक यह rescue दिन के “last available landing window” में किया गया। यानी pilots के पास daylight खत्म होने से पहले operation पूरा करने के लिए बहुत कम समय था। Strong winds, fading light और steep terrain के बीच mission में किसी भी गलती की गुंजाइश बेहद कम थी। Fire and Fury Corps ने की Pilots की सराहना Indian Army की Fire and Fury Corps ने operation की जानकारी देते हुए pilots के skill, courage और compassion की सराहना की। Army ने कहा कि इस high-altitude casualty evacuation में aviators ने exceptional precision और determination दिखाई और mission Army Aviation की operational capability का उदाहरण है। Nun Kun क्यों इतना Challenging है? लखनऊ: Uttar Pradesh की राजधानी Lucknow में H1N1 यानी Swine Flu के तीन नए मामले सामने आए हैं। इनमें एक मरीज Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) में और दो मरीज Balrampur Hospital में भर्ती हैं। Chief Medical Officer Dr NB Singh के मुताबिक तीनों मरीजों की हालत फिलहाल stable है और उन्हें isolation wards में रखा गया है। तीन नए cases सामने आने के बाद Health Department ने surveillance बढ़ा दी है। District hospitals में H1N1 patients के लिए beds reserve किए गए हैं, जबकि private hospitals और pathology centres को testing और treatment से जुड़ी Central Government guidelines का पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। तीनों मरीज Isolation Ward में CMO Dr NB Singh के मुताबिक तीनों confirmed patients को अलग-अलग hospitals के isolation wards में भर्ती किया गया है। एक patient RMLIMS में treatment ले रहा है, जबकि दो patients Balrampur Hospital में admitted हैं। Health officials का कहना है कि फिलहाल तीनों की condition stable है। Hospitals में बढ़ाई गई Preparedness नए cases के बाद Lucknow के hospitals में H1N1 surveillance और preparedness बढ़ा दी गई है। Health Department ने district hospitals में swine flu patients के लिए beds reserve करने के साथ testing और treatment arrangements तैयार रखने को कहा है। Government hospitals में H1N1 testing और medicines free of cost उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। UP में Flu को लेकर High Alert Lucknow के cases ऐसे समय सामने आए हैं जब Uttar Pradesh में seasonal flu और H1N1 infections को लेकर पहले से alert जारी है। Deputy Chief Minister और Health Minister Brajesh Pathak ने hospitals को medicines, oxygen और respiratory-care equipment का पर्याप्त stock रखने को कहा है। जिन districts में flu cases ज्यादा हैं, वहां अलग OPDs और seriously ill patients के लिए 4 से 6 isolation beds तैयार रखने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं। Uttar Pradesh में 551 H1N1 Cases State-level data के मुताबिक 29 अगस्त तक Uttar Pradesh के 57 districts में H1N1 के 551 cases report किए जा चुके थे। Health Department ने सभी 75 districts को surveillance मजबूत करने और suspected cases की timely testing सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इससे कुछ दिन पहले 25 अगस्त तक state tally 364 थी, जिससे recent days में reported infections में वृद्धि दिखाई देती है। Lucknow में H1N1 से एक महिला की मौत Lucknow में H1N1 concern उस समय और बढ़ गया जब Indira Nagar की 50 वर्षीय महिला की Balrampur Hospital में मौत हुई। Health authorities के मुताबिक महिला को 25 अगस्त को hospital में भर्ती कराया गया था और बाद में H1N1 infection की पुष्टि से जुड़ी जानकारी सामने आई। Doctors, nurses और आसपास मौजूद patients तथा attendants के samples भी testing के लिए भेजे गए हैं। Health Department ने exposed healthcare workers और close contacts को observation में रखा है। किन लोगों को ज्यादा Risk? सैन फ्रांसिस्को: OpenAI CEO Sam Altman ने तेजी से बढ़ती AI-powered cyber threats को लेकर गंभीर चेतावनी दी है। Altman ने कहा कि दुनिया इस समय cyber defence के लिए एक “critically important moment” पर खड़ी है और governments, technology companies तथा cybersecurity industry के पास मजबूत defensive systems तैयार करने के लिए बहुत ज्यादा समय नहीं है। Altman की warning ऐसे समय आई है जब OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services और cybersecurity तथा financial sectors की 100 से ज्यादा organisations ने मिलकर AI-enabled cyberattacks के खिलाफ global action की मांग की है। Industry group का कहना है कि आने वाले महीनों में AI की मदद से cyberattacks ज्यादा तेज, sophisticated और बड़े scale पर हो सकते हैं। ‘बहुत कम समय बचा है’ Sam Altman ने social media platform X पर cyber defence को लेकर urgency जताते हुए कहा कि यह AI के साथ cybersecurity के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण समय है और action लेने के लिए window तेजी से छोटी हो रही है। उन्होंने technology industry से competitors के बीच भी cooperation बढ़ाने की अपील की है। Altman का कहना है कि cyber threats का मुकाबला किसी एक company के लिए संभव नहीं होगा और इसके लिए collective तथा coordinated response की जरूरत है। Hospitals से Internet Infrastructure तक खतरा Industry open letter में चेतावनी दी गई है कि AI-enabled cyberattacks का खतरा केवल technology companies तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा। Potential targets में शामिल हो सकते हैं: Companies का कहना है कि powerful AI systems sophisticated hacking capabilities को अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचा सकते हैं, जिससे traditionally advanced skills की जरूरत वाले attacks automate हो सकते हैं। ‘Status Quo Security पर्याप्त नहीं’ Open letter में साफ कहा गया है कि मौजूदा cybersecurity practices आने वाले AI threat environment के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं होंगी। Organisations के systems में पहले से मौजूद: AI-powered attackers के लिए आसान targets बन सकते हैं। इसलिए companies को इन vulnerabilities को attackers से पहले identify और fix करने के लिए AI का ही इस्तेमाल बढ़ाने की सलाह दी गई है। करीब 130 Organisations एक साथ Cyber-defence initiative को लगभग 130 organisations का समर्थन मिला है। इनमें major AI और technology companies के साथ cybersecurity, finance, cloud और infrastructure firms शामिल हैं। Signatories में: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Cloudflare, IBM, Oracle, Visa और Mastercard जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल बताए गए हैं। इतनी बड़ी संख्या में competing technology companies का एक ही cyber-security warning पर साथ आना इस threat की seriousness को दर्शाता है। AI Attack भी करेगा, Defence भी AI का cybersecurity में दोहरा role है। एक तरफ advanced models attackers को vulnerabilities खोजने, malicious code तैयार करने और cyber operations automate करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। दूसरी तरफ यही AI defenders को: में भी मदद कर सकता है। OpenAI ने इस समय को “defender’s window” कहा है—यानी ऐसा limited period जिसमें defenders AI capabilities का फायदा उठाकर attackers से पहले अपनी security मजबूत कर सकते हैं। OpenAI ने भी बढ़ाए अपने Security Safeguards Cyber risks को लेकर OpenAI ने अपनी internal research environments में भी security measures बढ़ाए हैं। Company ने 18 अगस्त को बताया था कि increasingly capable AI models के कारण उसने कुछ frontier-model training को temporarily धीमा किया और stronger monitoring, network isolation तथा security controls लागू किए। OpenAI के मुताबिक upcoming advanced models में ऐसी cybersecurity capabilities दिखाई दे रही हैं जो उसके Preparedness Framework में higher-risk thresholds तक पहुंच सकती हैं। इसी वजह से company research workloads के लिए stricter security और monitoring requirements लागू कर रही है। Governments से क्या मांग? बेंगलुरु: Indian IT services sector में एक बड़ी acquisition deal की चर्चा तेज है। ITC की wholly-owned subsidiary ITC Infotech, Happiest Minds Technologies के founder और promoter Ashok Soota तथा promoter entities की करीब 44% controlling stake खरीदने की तैयारी में बताई जा रही है। Economic Times ने मामले से परिचित लोगों के हवाले से deal की value करीब ₹2,800-2,900 करोड़ बताई है। हालांकि अभी transaction की दोनों companies की ओर से final official announcement नहीं की गई है। अगर deal पूरी होती है तो यह ITC Infotech की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी acquisitions में से एक होगी और Bengaluru-headquartered Happiest Minds में management control बदल सकता है। Ashok Soota की करीब 44% Promoter Holding पर Deal Happiest Minds के founder Ashok Soota और promoter entities मिलकर company में करीब 44% stake रखते हैं। June 2026 quarter के shareholding data के मुताबिक Ashok Soota के पास सीधे 32.34% stake थी, जबकि Ashok Soota Medical Research LLP के पास करीब 11.79% holding थी। Economic Times की report के मुताबिक ITC Infotech इसी promoter holding को acquire करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है। Deal Value ₹2,800-2,900 Crore ET की 29 अगस्त की report के मुताबिक proposed transaction में promoter stake की value करीब: ₹2,800 करोड़ से ₹2,900 करोड़ हो सकती है। इससे पहले market reports में deal price करीब ₹390-400 per share रहने की संभावना जताई गई थी। हालांकि final price की कोई official confirmation अभी नहीं हुई है। इसलिए ₹390-400 को confirmed acquisition price के बजाय reported/indicative price range के रूप में देखना ज्यादा सही होगा। 26% का Open Offer भी Trigger हो सकता है अगर ITC Infotech promoter की controlling stake acquire करती है तो SEBI takeover regulations के तहत public shareholders के लिए mandatory open offer की आवश्यकता पैदा हो सकती है। Economic Times के मुताबिक proposed deal additional 26% stake के लिए open offer trigger करेगी। इसका मतलब ITC Infotech की eventual holding promoter stake से काफी ज्यादा हो सकती है, अगर पर्याप्त public shareholders open offer में अपने shares tender करते हैं। Reverse Merger से ITC Infotech की Listing की संभावना Deal का एक और महत्वपूर्ण angle reverse merger है। ET की report के मुताबिक promoter stake acquisition और open offer के बाद ITC Infotech तथा listed Happiest Minds के बीच reverse merger की संभावना पर भी विचार हो सकता है। इससे unlisted ITC Infotech को listed entity के साथ combine करने का रास्ता बन सकता है। इसे कुछ reports ने ITC Infotech की संभावित “backdoor listing” के रूप में describe किया है। लेकिन यह अभी reported possibility है। किसी reverse merger को board या shareholders द्वारा formally approve किए जाने की official announcement नहीं हुई है। Happiest Minds ने क्या कहा? Deal reports के बीच Happiest Minds Technologies ने 28 अगस्त को stock exchanges को clarification दिया। Company ने कहा कि उसके पास फिलहाल ऐसी कोई material information या development नहीं है जिसे SEBI Listing Regulations के Regulation 30 के तहत disclose करना जरूरी हो। Company ने यह भी संकेत दिया कि वह promoter-level discussions से ऐसी स्थिति में अवगत नहीं है जहां mandatory disclosure trigger होता हो। इसलिए फिलहाल headline में “ITC Infotech ने Happiest Minds खरीद लिया” कहना सही नहीं होगा। Accurate स्थिति यह है कि media reports के मुताबिक transaction पर काम चल रहा है, लेकिन final corporate announcement अभी बाकी है। Reports आते ही 6% गिरा Happiest Minds का Share Acquisition reports का असर Happiest Minds के stock पर भी दिखाई दिया। 27 अगस्त को share करीब 6.16% गिरकर ₹420.25 पर बंद हुआ। उस दिन reports में कहा गया था कि ITC Infotech promoter stake acquire कर सकती है और आगे company के ownership structure में बड़ा बदलाव हो सकता है। Market में potential delisting की speculation भी चली, हालांकि company ने ऐसी किसी final development की पुष्टि नहीं की है। ITC Infotech के लिए Deal क्यों महत्वपूर्ण? ITC Infotech ITC Group की technology services subsidiary है। Happiest Minds की acquisition से ITC Infotech को high-growth technology segments में scale बढ़ाने में मदद मिल सकती है, खासकर: में। Moneycontrol की earlier reporting के मुताबिक ITC Infotech इस transaction के जरिए अपने global customer base और advanced digital capabilities दोनों को expand कर सकती है। Happiest Minds की खासियत क्या है? चित्रकूट: Uttar Pradesh के धार्मिक शहर Chitrakoot में Mandakini River के बढ़ते जलस्तर ने रविवार, 30 अगस्त 2026 को गंभीर स्थिति पैदा कर दी है। नदी का पानी बढ़ने के बाद प्रसिद्ध Ram Ghat और Nirmohi Akhada समेत कई low-lying areas में flood-like situation बन गई है। जिला प्रशासन ने इलाके को high alert पर रखा है, जबकि NDRF और SDRF की टीमें लगातार rescue operation में लगी हुई हैं। Chitrakoot Police के मुताबिक flood-affected areas की drone cameras से surveillance की जा रही है। Drones के जरिए water flow और ground situation को monitor किया जा रहा है, ताकि किसी भी नए खतरे पर तुरंत response दिया जा सके। Ram Ghat और Nirmohi Akhada में घुसा पानी Mandakini River का जलस्तर तेजी से बढ़ने के बाद Chitrakoot के सबसे संवेदनशील इलाकों में Ram Ghat और Nirmohi Akhada शामिल हैं। दोनों क्षेत्रों में पानी पहुंचने के बाद प्रशासन ने आम लोगों और श्रद्धालुओं की आवाजाही पर विशेष निगरानी बढ़ा दी है। District administration ने लोगों से नदी और घाटों के पास नहीं जाने की अपील की है। Ram Ghat Chitrakoot का प्रमुख Arun Kumar Singh के निर्देश पर यह surveillance operation चलाया जा रहा है। NDRF और SDRF की Teams Ground पर स्थिति को देखते हुए National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) और State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) की teams affected areas में तैनात हैं। Chitrakoot Police के मुताबिक rescue personnel नदी और flood-affected areas में फंसे pilgrims और local residents को निकालकर safe locations तक पहुंचा रहे हैं। Teams को लगातार alert mode में रखा गया है ताकि water level बढ़ने या किसी नए area में flooding होने पर तुरंत rescue शुरू किया जा सके। DM और SP ने किया प्रभावित इलाकों का Inspection Chitrakoot के District Magistrate और Superintendent of Police ने flood-affected areas का ground inspection किया है। दोनों अधिकारियों ने relief और rescue arrangements का जायजा लिया और अधिकारियों को vulnerable locations पर लगातार monitoring करने के निर्देश दिए। District Magistrate ने कहा कि administration सभी जरूरी precautionary measures ले रहा है और फिलहाल situation control में है, लेकिन river level और low-lying areas पर लगातार नजर रखी जा रही है। फंसे लोगों तक Food और Medicines पहुंचाईं Rescue के साथ administration relief supplies भी पहुंचा रहा है। Chitrakoot Police के मुताबिक flood से प्रभावित या फंसे हुए लोगों के लिए: पहुंचाए गए हैं। Administration का focus फिलहाल लोगों को safe places तक पहुंचाने और प्रभावित इलाकों में basic supplies बनाए रखने पर है। लगातार बारिश से बिगड़े हालात Chitrakoot और आसपास के Uttar Pradesh-Madhya Pradesh border region में लगातार बारिश के कारण Mandakini River का water level तेजी से बढ़ा है। आज प्रकाशित reports के मुताबिक नदी ने कुछ locations पर पिछले वर्षों के flood levels को भी पार किया है और मंदिरों, मठों, दुकानों तथा roads तक पानी पहुंचा है। हालांकि अलग-अलग monitoring points और Chitrakoot के UP तथा MP हिस्सों में water-level figures अलग report किए जा रहे हैं। इसलिए किसी एक gauge reading को पूरे Chitrakoot का uniform water level मानना सही नहीं होगा। 23 साल पुराना Flood Record टूटने की Reports कुछ local और national reports के मुताबिक Mandakini ने 2003 के बड़े flood का record भी पार किया है। Times of India की Madhya Pradesh-side reporting में Chitrakoot क्षेत्र में river level के 2003 record से ऊपर पहुंचने की जानकारी दी गई है। लेकिन यह figure broader MP-UP Chitrakoot region के अलग monitoring points से जुड़ा है। इसलिए UP के Ram Ghat पर exact historical record को district administration के final hydrological assessment के बाद ही definitive माना जाना चाहिए। Madhya Pradesh वाले Chitrakoot में भी Rescue Mandakini flood का असर केवल Uttar Pradesh वाले Chitrakoot तक सीमित नहीं है। नदी और heavy rainfall ने Madhya Pradesh के Satna-Chitrakoot region में भी गंभीर flooding पैदा की है। आज की reports के मुताबिक MP side पर SDRF और अन्य rescue teams ने बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाला है और कुछ stranded लोगों के लिए helicopter assistance का भी इस्तेमाल किया गया। यह rescue count Uttar Pradesh के Ram Ghat operation से अलग geographical operation से जुड़ा है, इसलिए दोनों के आंकड़ों को सीधे जोड़ना सही नहीं होगा। CM Mohan Yadav ने MP Side का लिया जायजा Madhya Pradesh के मुख्यमंत्री Mohan Yadav रविवार सुबह Chitrakoot पहुंचे और MP side के flood-affected areas का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को relief और rescue operations में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। इससे साफ है कि Mandakini flood इस समय Uttar Pradesh और Madhya Pradesh दोनों sides पर बड़े disaster-response operation में बदल चुका है। Pilgrims के लिए विशेष सावधानी Chitrakoot एक प्रमुख pilgrimage destination होने के कारण administration की सबसे बड़ी चिंता local residents के साथ बाहर से आए श्रद्धालुओं की safety भी है। NDRF-SDRF teams stranded pilgrims को affected locations से पटना: बिहार की राजधानी Patna में छात्र और job aspirants के प्रदर्शन के बीच 6 साल का Aditya Kumar सोशल मीडिया पर चर्चा का केंद्र बना हुआ है। पहली कक्षा में पढ़ने वाला Aditya 25 अगस्त को BPSC और teacher recruitment से जुड़े मुद्दों पर प्रदर्शन कर रहे अभ्यर्थियों के बीच तिरंगा लेकर पहुंचा था। पत्रकारों से बातचीत के दौरान उसके बेरोजगारी, recruitment examinations और police action को लेकर दिए गए बेबाक जवाबों के videos तेजी से viral हो गए। मामले ने उस समय और तूल पकड़ा जब police personnel Aditya को protest site से हटाते दिखाई दिए। Social media पर बच्चे को हिरासत में लेने के दावे किए गए, जबकि Patna Police ने कहा कि उसे formally detain नहीं किया गया था और भीड़ में उसकी safety को देखते हुए वहां से हटाकर परिवार को सौंपा गया। दूसरी ओर Aditya के परिवार ने police के व्यवहार को लेकर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं, जिन्हें police version के साथ allegation के तौर पर ही देखा जाना चाहिए। 25 August के Protest से Viral हुआ Aditya Aditya का video 25 अगस्त 2026 को Patna के Dak Bungalow area में हुए student protest से जुड़ा है। BPSC examinations और teacher recruitment से संबंधित मांगों को लेकर बड़ी संख्या में candidates और students प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान 6 साल का Aditya भी protest में दिखाई दिया। Videos में वह: उसकी उम्र और confident तरीके से दिए गए जवाबों की वजह से videos social media पर तेजी से फैल गए। पहली Class में पढ़ता है Aditya Reports के मुताबिक Aditya की उम्र 6 साल है और वह Class 1 का student है। वह अपने family members के साथ protest site पर पहुंचा था। उसके videos viral होने के बाद social media पर यह सवाल भी उठने लगा कि इतनी छोटी उम्र का बच्चा political और employment-related issues पर इतनी स्पष्टता से कैसे बात कर रहा है। कुछ reports में उसके school bag में Constitution रखने की भी चर्चा हुई है। Police Officer से सवाल वाला Video सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा में Aditya का एक video खास तौर पर viral हुआ जिसमें वह एक police officer से तीखे सवाल करता दिखाई देता है। उसने police की भूमिका और protesters के खिलाफ action पर सवाल उठाए। NDTV की report के मुताबिक Aditya ने police officer से सवाल करते हुए बेहद तीखी भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया, जिसके बाद यह clip social media पर बड़े स्तर पर share होने लगी। इसी video के बाद Aditya को protest के सबसे चर्चित चेहरों में से एक बताया जाने लगा। Police बच्चे को Protest Site से ले गई Protest के दौरान सामने आए videos में police personnel Aditya को वहां से हटाते दिखाई देते हैं। इसके बाद social media पर दावा किया गया कि police ने 6 साल के बच्चे को detain कर लिया। हालांकि Patna Police ने इस interpretation से इनकार किया। Police के मुताबिक protest के दौरान crowd और संभावित stampede जैसी situation को देखते हुए बच्चे को सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले जाया गया और बाद में family को सौंप दिया गया। इसलिए “6 साल के बच्चे को police ने गिरफ्तार किया” लिखना verified facts के आधार पर सही नहीं होगा। परिवार ने लगाए गंभीर आरोप मामले में Aditya के family members ने police के खिलाफ अलग version सामने रखा है। परिवार का आरोप है कि उन्हें police station ले जाया गया, कई घंटों तक रखा गया और उनके साथ गलत व्यवहार तथा मारपीट की गई। Aditya ने भी बाद के media interviews में police द्वारा धमकाए जाने का आरोप लगाया। हालांकि ये परिवार और बच्चे के allegations हैं। Patna Police का कहना है कि बच्चे को protest crowd से उसकी safety के लिए निकाला गया था और social media पर detention को लेकर किए जा रहे दावे misleading हैं। इसलिए दोनों versions को अलग-अलग attribution के साथ रखना जरूरी है। ‘Police नहीं बनूंगा’ वाला बयान भी Viral Police incident के बाद Aditya का एक और interview चर्चा में आया। ThePrint के मुताबिक उसने बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि वह बड़ा होकर police में नहीं जाना चाहता। इस interview में उसने अपने और family के साथ police के alleged behaviour के बारे में भी बात की। उसके statements के बाद मामला केवल BPSC protest तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि child participation in protests और police handling को लेकर भी debate शुरू हो गई। Bihar के कुछ नेताओं ने Karpoori Thakur से की तुलना 29 अगस्त को इस story में एक नया political angle सामने आया। Navbharat Times की report के मुताबिक बिहार के कुछ नेताओं ने Aditya के बेबाक अंदाज की तुलना former Bihar Chief Minister और Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur से की। यह comparison नेताओं की political opinion है, कोई objective assessment नहीं। Karpoori Thakur Bihar की politics में social justice, backward-class representation और grassroots politics के लिए जाने जाते हैं। एक 6 साल के बच्चे की उनसे तुलना किए जाने के बाद Aditya की viral story को और political attention मिला। पहले भी Protests में दिखाई दिया था Aditya Reports के मुताबिक 25 अगस्त का protest Aditya की किसी public demonstration में पहली appearance नहीं थी। Navbharat Times ने report किया कि वह इससे पहले भी Patna में government-related protest programmes के आसपास दिखाई दे चुका था। इसी वजह से कुछ media reports ने उसे jokingly या descriptively “child protester” कहा। लेकिन इतनी कम उम्र के बच्चे की political protests में participation को लेकर child safety और adult influence जैसे सवाल भी स्वाभाविक रूप से उठते हैं। Video ने क्यों खींचा इतना Attention? काठमांडू/तिब्बत: Nepal-Tibet border पर आई विनाशकारी flash flood ने भारी तबाही मचाई है। आज, 30 अगस्त 2026 की latest update में Nepal और Tibet को मिलाकर confirmed death toll 750 तक पहुंच गया है, जबकि 3,044 लोग अब भी लापता बताए जा रहे हैं। Nepal में सबसे ज्यादा 734 मौतें दर्ज की गई हैं, जबकि Tibet में 16 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि हुई है। Rescue operation के बीच आज Nepal में नई बाढ़ की warning भी जारी की गई है। Bhotekoshi River में पानी का level बढ़ने के बाद flood-hit districts के residents को high alert पर रहने और जरूरत पड़ने पर ऊंचे स्थानों पर जाने को कहा गया है। Nepal में 734 मौतें, Tibet में 16 Sunday को authorities की latest figures के मुताबिक Nepal में flood disaster से confirmed death toll बढ़कर 734 हो गया। China की तरफ Tibet के Gyirong County में 16 deaths confirm की गई हैं। दोनों को मिलाकर Nepal-Tibet disaster का confirmed death toll: 750 तक पहुंच गया है। यह आंकड़ा आने वाले घंटों और दिनों में और बदल सकता है क्योंकि बड़े पैमाने पर search operations अभी भी जारी हैं। 3,044 लोग अब भी लापता Death toll से भी ज्यादा चिंताजनक missing persons का आंकड़ा है। Latest official figures के मुताबिक: है। Rescue teams debris, mud, damaged roads और difficult Himalayan terrain के बीच survivors की तलाश कर रही हैं। आज फिर जारी हुआ Fresh Flood Alert Disaster के पांचवें दिन भी खतरा खत्म नहीं हुआ है। Nepalese authorities ने आज रविवार सुबह fresh flood warnings जारी कीं, क्योंकि Bhotekoshi River में पानी का स्तर फिर बढ़ने लगा। Nepal की National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority के मुताबिक Chinese authorities ने upstream water flow बढ़ने की जानकारी Nepal को दी थी। इसके बाद downstream areas में alert जारी किया गया। कई residents को अपने mobile phones पर warning messages मिले और कुछ लोग bridges तथा ऊंचे स्थानों पर पहुंच गए। गांवों में सिर्फ Mud और Debris Flood-hit areas की स्थिति बेहद गंभीर बनी हुई है। Nuwakot और Dhading के कई इलाकों में: AP की ground reporting में पूरे villages को thick grey-brown sediment से ढका हुआ बताया गया है। Hydropower Tunnels में फंसे Workers की तलाश Rescue operation का एक बड़ा focus Nepal के hydropower projects पर है। Rasuwa district में Trishuli 3A और Trishuli 3B hydropower sites पर 100 से ज्यादा workers के tunnels में trapped होने की आशंका है। Nepal Army ने Trishuli 3A tunnel में एक pipe डालने में सफलता हासिल की है और उसके जरिए अंदर air supply भेजी जा रही है। Thick mud के कारण tunnels तक पहुंचना मुश्किल बना हुआ है। 933 Hydropower Workers Missing Nepal की disaster authority के मुताबिक missing लोगों में 933 hydropower workers भी शामिल हैं। Flood ने Nepal के महत्वपूर्ण hydropower infrastructure को गंभीर नुकसान पहुंचाया है। कई construction sites, power projects और connecting roads पानी तथा debris में बह गए या पूरी तरह damage हुए हैं। Tibet में 261 Foreign Nationals लापता आज China ने पहली बार Tibet side पर missing foreigners का detailed nationality breakdown जारी किया। Chinese authorities के मुताबिक 23 देशों के 261 foreign nationals Gyirong area में missing हैं। इनमें: शामिल हैं। Indian pilgrims की बड़ी संख्या इस region से Kailash Manasarovar की तरफ travel कर रही थी। 49 Indians अब भी Tibet Side पर Missing Indian audience के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण fresh update यह है कि Chinese authorities की Sunday list में 49 Indian nationals अभी भी unaccounted for बताए गए हैं। China ने कहा है कि missing foreigners के बारे में संबंधित foreign missions को जानकारी दी जा रही है। Nepal और Tibet दोनों sides पर भारतीय नागरिकों की tracing का काम अलग-अलग agencies और diplomatic channels के जरिए चल रहा है। हजारों लोगों को Rescue किया गया Rescue teams helicopters, military personnel, drones और ground teams के जरिए stranded लोगों तक पहुंचने की कोशिश कर रही हैं। Reuters की Sunday update के मुताबिक Nepal में अब तक 7,514 लोगों को rescue किया जा चुका है। हालांकि rescue figures अलग-अलग समय पर जारी होने के कारण agencies की reports में कुछ अंतर हो सकता है। Prithvi Highway पर भी असर Nepal की राजधानी Kathmandu के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण Prithvi Highway भी flood से प्रभावित हुआ है। AP के मुताबिक highway का ज्यादातर हिस्सा operational है, लेकिन कुछ sections में अभी repair work और connectivity problems बनी हुई हैं। यह highway food, fuel और दूसरी essential supplies को Kathmandu तक पहुंचाने वाले प्रमुख routes में से एक है। कैसे आई इतनी भयानक Flash Flood? Disaster की शुरुआत 26 अगस्त को Himalayan region में massive glacier/ice-rock collapse के बाद हुई। एक विशाल मात्रा में ice, rocks, mud और debris river system में गिरा और उसके बाद तेज flood wave mountain valleys से नीचे की ओर बढ़ी। Flood इतनी powerful थी कि कई buildings, bridges, roads और power infrastructure कुछ ही मिनटों में बह गए। Chinese state broadcaster CCTV ने Chinese scientists के assessment के आधार पर glacier instability को लंबे समय के global warming effects से जोड़ा है। हालांकि इस specific disaster में climate change की precise भूमिका पर broader scientific analysis अभी जारी है। 90,000 से ज्यादा लोग प्रभावित होने का अनुमान Reuters के मुताबिक Red Cross का अनुमान है कि disaster से 90,000 से ज्यादा लोग प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। Flood से homes, livelihoods, roads, bridges, electricity और tourism infrastructure को भारी नुकसान हुआ है। Nepal सरकार पहले ही reconstruction cost करीब $4 billion से $5 billion तक होने का शुरुआती अनुमान दे चुकी है। India ने भेजी Technical और Relief Help India ने Nepal की मदद के लिए relief material और specialised technical assistance भेजी है। Reuters के मुताबिक India तीन flights के जरिए करीब 60 tonnes relief supplies, जिसमें medicines, food और blankets शामिल हैं, Nepal भेज चुका है। Indian tunnel experts की एक team भी rescue operation में मदद के लिए पहुंची है। China ने भी tunnel rescue experts, emergency workers, supplies और technical data उपलब्ध कराया है। खतरा अभी पूरी तरह खत्म नहीं Authorities के लिए सबसे बड़ी…
